Our Story
From Then to Now
The Oliveri family has long been involved in the food industry, especially in the production and marketing of extra virgin olive oil.
Yesterday
In the early 1970s, Paolo Oliveri relocated from Calabria to Tuscany, where his family had long been involved in a fully integrated olive oil supply chain. In San Romano, in the province of Pisa, he started trading olive oil and gradually diversified his business into other sectors.
Now
In 2021, the family returned to the agri-food sector, and with Francesca Oliveri, Paolo’s granddaughter, joining the business, Olicav srl was established.In this way, the Oliveri family carries on the tradition linked to their name
Olicav offers a wide range of products, including extra virgin olive oil, flavored oils, sweets, cantuccini, sauces, jams, preserved vegetables, and gift boxes, available in different packaging solutions to meet every need.

Situated in the heart of Tuscany, close to San Miniato, Olicav offers:
1,200 m² of production and warehousing space
The property was completely renovated in 2021.

Oil Storage Warehouse
Situated in a temperature-controlled environment, all our stainless steel silos are equipped with an inert gas injection system that removes oxygen from the tanks, ensuring constant product freshness.
