Oliveri’s family has always been strictly linked with agricultural industry, particularly with extra virgin olive oil’s production and marketing.
In the 70s, Paolo Oliveri moved to Tuscany from Calabria, where he owned a whole olive oil industry operating for generations. In Montopoli in Val d’Arno, Pisa, Oliveri started selling olive oil using a warehouse based in the center of the village. During the years, he also dedicated himself to other enterprises working in different fields, alongside with the agricultural activity.
In 2021 the family decided to go back to the origins and after the entrance of Francesca Oliveri, Paolo’s niece, Olicav srl was born. In this way, the Oliveris intend to carry on with the family traditions.
